Fuente de la Diana Cazadora (Ciudad de México)

The Diana Cazadora fountain, on Paseo de la Reforma in Mexico City, features a bronze archer — officially ‘The Arrow-Thrower of the North Stars’ — sculpted by Juan Fernando Olaguíbel. President Manuel Ávila Camacho inaugurated it in 1942.

Don’t confuse it with the Angel of Independence, farther along the same avenue, which was inaugurated by Porfirio Díaz in 1910.
