During which administration was the ISSSTE created?

The ISSSTE (Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado) was created in 1959, during the presidency of Adolfo López Mateos (1958-1964). It provides health care, pensions, housing loans, and other social security benefits to workers of the Mexican state.

Do not confuse it with the IMSS, which serves mainly private-sector workers and was created earlier, in 1943, under President Manuel Ávila Camacho.
