How many museums are there in Mexico?

Mexico is one of the countries with the most museums in the world; the Secretaría de Cultura (Ministry of Culture) has put the figure at 1395. Mexico City alone concentrates well over a hundred of them, including the famous Museo Nacional de Antropología.
