Monterrey

Monterrey is the capital of the northern state of Nuevo León and one of Mexico’s largest metropolitan areas. Known as the Sultana del Norte, it is a major industrial and business center, home to important companies and universities.

Its most recognizable natural landmark is the Cerro de la Silla, a saddle-shaped mountain that appears on the state’s coat of arms.
