Colima (Colima)

Colima, one of Mexico’s smallest states, has a capital city of the same name. The city lies near the Volcán de Colima (Volcán de Fuego), one of the most active volcanoes in the country.

Don’t confuse the capital with Manzanillo, Colima’s famous port city — one of the busiest cargo ports in Mexico — which is not the capital.
