Which Mexican sculptor is famous for his large geometric figures?

Enrique Carbajal González, known by his artistic name Sebastián, was born in Chihuahua in 1947 and is Mexico’s best-known monumental sculptor. His huge geometric works in painted steel and concrete stand in cities around the world; the most famous is “El Caballito”, a bright yellow horse’s head on Paseo de la Reforma in Mexico City.

Do not confuse his modern “Caballito” with the colonial equestrian statue of Charles IV by Manuel Tolsá, which is also nicknamed “El Caballito”.
