Terms of use

Last updated: October 25, 2026

These terms apply when you use Quiero Ser Mexicano (estudia.quierosermexicano.com), on the web or in its app. Quiero Ser Mexicano is run by the operator of Quiero Ser Mexicano (“we”, “us”). By using it you accept these terms. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use Quiero Ser Mexicano.

Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what is done with it. You can delete it at any time at estudia.quierosermexicano.com/account/delete.

Using the site

Use Quiero Ser Mexicano to study, for yourself or with the people you teach. Do not:

  • break the law or anyone’s rights with it;
  • try to get around a payment, a limit or a security measure, or reach parts of the site you were not given access to;
  • copy the content in bulk, scrape it or use automated tools beyond ordinary use;
  • send abusive, unlawful or misleading content through the feedback form, a live quiz or any other field;
  • use the AI features to grade anything other than your own answers, or to overload them.

No guarantee of results; not advice

Quiero Ser Mexicano is an independent study aid. We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but exams, rules and official requirements change, and we cannot promise that what you study will appear in an exam or that you will pass one.

AI grades and feedback are an estimate to help you practise. They are not an official score.

Nothing on Quiero Ser Mexicano is legal, immigration or other professional advice. For decisions that matter, check the official sources and, where you need it, ask a qualified professional.

Content and intellectual property

The content of Quiero Ser Mexicano (its texts, questions, images, audio and software) belongs to us, to its authors or to those who licensed it to us. You may use it for your own study and teaching; you may not republish, sell or redistribute it without permission.

If you write content for a site (a deck, for example), you keep your rights in it and allow us to show it on that site and to keep showing it, without your name, after you delete your account. Feedback and suggestions you send may be used to improve the content.

Payments and refunds

Most of Quiero Ser Mexicano is free. Some courses sell access to paid parts for a one-off price that is shown before you pay:

  • It is never a subscription and never renews by itself. You buy a fixed period of access (the number of days is shown), and you can buy more in its last 14 days; the new days are added on to its end.
  • Payments are taken by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
  • Nothing is sold inside our Android app. Access you bought on the web works there too.
  • Refunds: contact us. A full refund ends the access it paid for; a partial one does not. While a payment is disputed with your bank, the access it paid for is paused, and it comes back only if the dispute is closed in our favour.

None of this limits the rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer, such as a right to withdraw from a purchase or to a refund.

The service and our responsibility

We provide Quiero Ser Mexicano as it is and as available. We may change, add or remove features and content, and the service can be interrupted for maintenance or by problems we do not control.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by relying on the content or on an AI grade. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Quiero Ser Mexicano and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If you keep using Quiero Ser Mexicano after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of Quiero Ser Mexicano is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
